Located in the city of Sarasota, the cultural capital of Florida and home of the world's most perfect sandy beaches, this sunny,  2bedroom /2.5 bath 2,000 square feet pool home with attached 2-car garage is the perfect place to enjoy all the delights of Sarasota and nearby areas such as Orlando, during any season. The home has two separate suites, each with its own large bedroom, full bath, and direct access to the very private, fenced pool, spa and garden.

The larger suite has a deep Roman tub, in addition to a spacious walk-in shower, and dual sinks.  The smaller suite has a tub with shower and a single sink. Both suites are senior friendly, with grab bars in the showers.  The larger suite has a chair-height toilet.  Both suites have large walk-in closets and cable TV

The kitchen has granite counters, a Bosch dishwasher, new side-by-side Samsung refrigerator with ice and water dispensers in the door, plus garbage disposal, and a new gas range with oven.

A large granite dining table seats eight, and is separated from the kitchen by a granite pass-thru counter/bar.   A  cosy office nook contains two desks  and a pretty bay window.  The living room sofa seats  4, and three leather arm chairs provide additional seating for three more people.  A new Xbox 360 with Kinect and the flat screen cable TV with DVD player provide indoor entertainment. 

The pool garden is the centerpiece of this home, accessible through french doors from the living room, and visible from almost any room in the house.  At night, its light glows to provide a magical atmosphere.
